SAMBA, Aug 21: The District Election Officer (DEO) Samba has placed a Junior Engineer of the Public Works (Road & Building) Department under suspension for alleged dereliction of the duties.
“Ankush Choudhary, Junior Engineer, PWD, Vijaypur is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect on account of dereliction of duties and his conduct in the Election Control Room, which is unbecoming of a Government official,” read an order issued by DEO Samba.
Further, the official has been attached in the office of Additional District Development Commissioner Samba during the period of suspension.
