JAMMU, June 23: Qazi Irfan Rasool, Additional Secretary to the Government, Home Department, has been appointed as Inquiry Officers to conduct an inquiry into the charges framed against Ravi Kant Samyal, Assistant Public Prosecutor, Munsiff Court Khaltsi/Nubra.
An order in this regard was issued today by the Home Department, according to which, Sunita Kargotra, CPO I/c Deputy Director Prosecution in the office of Director Prosecution, Jammu shall be the Presenting Officer.
The Inquiry Officer shall complete the enquiry and submit his report along with recommendations to the Home Department within a period of thirty days.
