JAMMU, Nov 19: In sequel to the ongoing programme on Aids Awareness, a quiz competition was organized by the Red Ribbon Club of the Government College of Education today in the main hall of the College.
5 teams of students participated under 3 rounds.
Prof. Anju Bala, Prof C.L. Shivgotra, Prof Rubina Yasmeen and Prof Ashu Jolly were jury members.
Komal Kotwal and Ruchi Sharma bagged 1st prize, Shivani Parihar and Nikita Verma bagged 2nd prize and Taruna Chib and Vandana Sharma bagged 3rd prize while Nitin Sakolia, Raman Kumar Sharma , Suman Lata and Vidushi received consolation prize.
At the end of the programme, prizes were distributed by Prof (Dr) Ajeet Angral who was chief guest of the occasion.
Dr Piyali Arora, convener Red Ribbon Club conducted the programme.
