Raghavan replaces Pinak Chakravarty, Wadha replaces Ashok Kantha

NEW DELHI, Oct 11: P S Raghavan, Special Secretary in the External Affairs Ministry, has been made Secretary (ER) in place of Mr Pinak Rajan Chakravarty who has retired.

In other appointments announced by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), Mr Dinkar Khullar, currently India’s Ambassador in Brussels, will be Secretary (West) in the Ministry of External Affairs in place of Mr Sudhir Vyas who has retired.

Mr Anil Wadhwa, India’s Ambassador in Bangkok, will be  Secretary (East) in the External Affairs Ministry replacing  Mr Ashok K Kanta.

Also, Mr Sudhir Mittal, Secretary, Department of Fertilisers in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, will hold additional charge as Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals from October 12 to October 22. (UNI)
