NEW DELHI : Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi today said the deadlock between the NDA government and the Congress over the GST Bill in Parliament could end if the ruling dispensation accepted his party’s three major demands. ”We want to cooperate with the Government.
But we have differences over three issues. Primarily, we want cap on the tax so that poor don’t suffer,” he told reporters outside Parliament.
He said it was a legislation brought by the Congress and the party could give up its objections to the Bill if its demands were accepted. (AGENCIES)
