JAMMU, Sept 28: Senior vice president, J&K Offset Printers Association from Jammu, Rahul Mahajan, has been unanimously elected as treasurer of the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) for the term 2024-2025.
He was elected in the election held today during 266th GC Meeting and 71st AGM of All India Federation of Master Printers. The meeting was hosted by Kolhapur Zilla Mudrak Sangh. Rahul Mahajan has already served as secretary to the AIFMP during the year 2022-2023.
During the election, all the candidates were declared elected unopposed. Satish Malhotra from GDMPA New Delhi was elected as AIFMP president. Vinod Kumar Sharma from ROPA Jaipur was elected as vice-president North. Samadeet Baruah from AAPOA Guwahati was elected as vice-president East, Sanjay Ghatwai from The Printers Guild Nagpur was elected as vice-president West, M Balagopal from NMPA Namakkal was elected as vice-president South, K Rajendran from MPLA Chennai was elected as general secretary and Vinay Kalaskar from PPOA Pune was elected as joint secretary.
Raghabendra N Dutta Baruah (president and chairman of the Scrutiny Committee along with nominated members, Mehul Desai and P Chander declared the candidates as elected unopposed.
The other members from association who attended GC Meeting are Ravi Gupta IPP JKOPA, Sudesh Gupta IPP JKOPA and vice president North, Sanjay Soni (general secretary JKOPA), Satish Jandiyal (president, J&K Cooperative Printers Association, Jammu) and Sharat Sharma (senior member JKOPA).
