NEW DELHI, July 26:
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today paid tributes to former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit.
Gandhi, who was outside the country at the time of the death of the veteran Congress leader, paid tributes to her portrait at the AICC headquarters today. Dikshit died on July 20 at Escorts Hospital following cardiac arrest. (UNI)
