This refers to sudden flight of Rahul Gandhi to foreign sojourns from important budget session of the Parliament on pretext of thinking over about the recent reverses faced by the Congress party. The Congress scion is consistent in shirking responsibility. He was absent from 130 years of celebrations of inception of Congress, from outgoing PM Manmohan Singh’s farewell dinner, being caught on camera sleeping in Parliament,when important issue was being discussed. People believed that with time he will mature but on the contrary, he is hell bent on writing the very obituary of the grand old party.
