NOWSHERA, May 12: MLA Nowshera Ravinder Raina along with SDM Nowshera Harbans Lal, SHO Nowshera Kuldeep Krishan and other civil & police officers today visited the LoC area where Pakistani forces resorted heavy shelling in Nowshera sector.
MLA visited the house of Late Akhter Bib, a lady who was killed in the firing of Pakistani troops on LoC at Pukharni Area of Lam and handed over the cheque of Rs. one lakh to the kids of deceased Akhter Bib and her family members. Large number of villagers gathered and expressed condolence of unfortunate demise of Akhter Bib.
While expressing sympathy with family members Raina said that he will made all efforts to provide all kind of assistance to the affected family and assured them that he will also assist the children of Late Akhter Bib in studies. He termed the act of Pakistani forces as barbaric and cowardice act and said that our Indian Army will never spare the perpetrators and coward Jawans of Pakistani Army.
Raina said that the dastadly act of Pakistani Army shows their mentality and in-humanism. He said our forces will not spare Pakistani forces for its brutality.
Later on Raina along with officials visited the army camp at Jhanger and had a long meeting with the army officers and took stock of present situation. Raina congratulated the Indian Army Jawans for giving a befitting reply to Pakistani Army. He also applauded the Indian Army for providing all assistance to the civilians during the firing by coward Pakistan.
