JAMMU, Jan 30: Governor N.N Vohra, Chief Secretary B.R. Sharma, and senior officers of the State Administration, along with the civil employees and security staff of the Raj Bhavan, paid homage by observing a two minute silence in the memory of those who gave their lives in the struggle for India’s freedom.
