JAMMU, June 17: Raja Maldev temple committee here today at Kali Janni celebrated the foundation day of ancient Raja Maldev temple with enthusiasm.
Many religious programmes were organized on this occasion in the temple and the devotees participated in them enthusiastically.
A Havan was performed in the morning after which Prasad was distributed.
This programme was jointly organized by the Committee chairman, Satish Tandon; president, Ashish Jain; Subhash Shastri, Rahul Tandon, Arun Sethi, Sonu Kumar, Raman Tak, Rajesh Abrol, Prem Kumar and shopkeepers and locals of the area.
A handout stated that programme is organised every year on the foundation day of the temple and devotees from adjoining areas participate and receive blessings of King Maldev.
