Rajesh Gupta kickstarts blacktopping at Ware House

JAMMU, June 25: MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta today started blacktopping work at Ware House Vikram Chowk in Ward No 19.
The entire project costs Rs 35 lakh. While speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Gupta said that in the current session of the Assembly the issue related to the welfare of the people of Jammu and in particular the Jammu East Constituency have been taken up in a forceful manner.
All the projects associated with Jammu East like the Mubarak Mandi Heritage Project, Rope Way Project, Multi Storey Parking Project, Tawi River Front Development Project and many others were discussed in the house and whatever was needed for the fast pacing these projects has been requisitioned from the concerned ministries.
He also informed about the recently signed landmark agreement between the JDA and Sabarmati River Front Development Corporation Ahmedabad for the development of Tawi river front.
Gupta said that once the project is commissioned it would completely change the profile and Jammu City. He said Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh has played a key role in brining the project.
The MLA was accompanied by JDA Vice Chairman Mubarak Singh, SE Kapoor, Executive Engineer Angurana and Ware House general secretary, Deepak Gupta, Naresh Pradhan, Ashwani Sharma, Rahul and Munish Gupta.
