JAMMU, Aug 4: MLA Rajesh Gupta visited the Kabristan Gujjar Nagar, Shamshanghat Jogi Gate and the Christian grave yard to see the upkeep and mountainous of these important places.
In his visit to the Kabristan Gujjar Nagar he was accompanied by the president Muslim Federation Abdul Majeed, Master Akram, Jamaat Ali, Mohd. Hussain and Bashir. The members of the Federation demanded that a new shed be constructed and also tile flooring be done in the Kabristan premises. Members also demanded that a retaining wall be constructed.
Rajesh Gupta gave assurance that he would look into the demands of the members of the Muslim Federation. MLA Rajesh Gupta was accompanied by JMC Commissioner Manmohan Singh, Joint Commissioner Khushal Chand, XEN Joginder Bagat, AEE V.K Pathania, JE Isshar Ahmed and Dalip Raina
At Christian grave yard MLA was accompanied by Christian Federation president Nicodamas,Victor John,Daniel Bhatti, Feastus Sohtra, Gill and Robot. Members of the Federation demanded the upgradation of a Nallah that is passing through the grave yard. MLA assured that he would take the upgradation of the nallah and the beautification of Christian grave yard as his first priority.
In his visit to the Shamshanghat Jogi Gate, he was accompanied by All J&K Sewa Samiti president Surinder Saran, Murari Lal, Krishan Lal Gupta and Joginder Sharma. The members demanded laying of slab at Jogi Gate. The MLA assured that he would take up the work in the shortest possible time.
