JAMMU, Apr 23: Rajni Bala, a senior Congress leader and former councillor, organized a meeting of women folk in the Jammu North Assembly segment with an aim to garner support for the Congress candidate, Raman Bhalla, in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
