JAMMU, Mar 17: Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha, J&K organized a meeting today wherein the budget estimate for the year 2024-2025 was approved by the working committee, besides holding deliberation on various issues confronting the community.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Bishan Singh (president, Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha) and was attended by working community members, advisors and prominent members.
The agenda of the meeting was budget estimate for the current financial year 2023-2024, budget estimate for the year 2024-2025, widow pension and scholarship to meritorious students of economical weaker members of the Biradari, other issues of the Biradari and organizational matters.
The detailed deliberations were made on the Revised Budget estimate for the year 2023-24 and the budget estimates for the year 2024-2025 by all the prominent members of the Biradari present in the meeting.
The revised budget estimate for the year 2023-2024 and budget estimate for the year 2024-2025 was unanimously passed with voice vote. Further, an amount of Rs 7 lakh was distributed as widow pension and Rs 3 lakh to the students of economically weaker members of the Biradari for the year 2023-24.
The matter regarding organization of the Sakha Sabhas, Tehsil Sakhas and District Rajput Sabhas was also discussed in the meeting. It was unanimously decided to hold Sakha Sabha, Tehsil Sabha and District Sabha meeting in almost all the district and tehsil headquarters immediately.
Narayan Singh (chairman), Jagdish Singh (vice-president), Mangleshwar Singh (general secretary), Shamsher Singh Parihar (advisor), MS Jamwal (advisor), BS Jamwal (advisor), Nand Lal, Hukam Singh, Raj Kumar, Kulveer Singh and Gagan Singh spoken and put their view points for the welfare and betterment of the Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha.
