JAMMU, June 19: Ram Swaroop, Executive Director today assumed the charge of Regional Head, NHPC Region at Regional Office, Jammu.
He took the charge from Suprakash Adhikari, Executive Director who was holding an additional charge of this office apart from heading O&M Department at NHPC Corporate Office, Faridabad.
Ram Swaroop, who hailed from Rajasthan started his Mechanical Engineering Career in NHPC Ltd wef 8th March, 1990.
During his vast career spanning around 34 years in NHPC Ltd, Ram Swaroop who is known for his technical excellence, strong leadership skills and the highest ethical standards, has rendered his services at various hydro-electric projects and power stations in Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim, Uttarakhand and J&K during construction and O&M stages.
