Ramgarh police rescues kidnapped girl within 48 hours

SAMBA, Aug 4: Ramgarh police has recovered a kidnapped girl within two days of her kidnapping today and handed over her to her parents after completion of all formalities.
According to police a written complaint was received at P/S Ramgarh from one Subash Chander,  R/o Chhattaka Chak, Ramgarh on August 2, stating therein that his niece namely Bubly (name changed) has been kidnapped by one Yash Paul, S/o Prithvi Ram R/o Subey Chak, Bishnah from her home.
Acting on the complaint, a case FIR No. 50/2018 U/S 366 RPC got registered at PS Ramgarh and manhunt started to trace out the said girl. A special team was immediately constituted by Anil Magotra, SSP Samba which was headed by Inspector Vikas Dogra, SHO P/S Ramgarh under the close supervision of S. Baljeet Singh, SDPO Vijaypur.
The team conducted raids at different places in and out of district Samba and finally with the assistance of technical Police team of DPO Samba succeeded in recovering the kidnapped girl from the clutches of accused persons Yash Paul, S/o Prithvi Ram, R/o Subey Chak, Bishnah from Sarore area. The accused has been arrested and after completing legal formalities, the girl was handed over to her parents.
