UDHAMPUR, Feb 22: Due to landslide, vehicular movement on the Ramnagar-Basantgarh-Dudu road was closed today.
The sudden landslide took place this afternoon on the Basantgarh road at Gandhtop area following which this Ramnagar-Basantgarh-Dudu road was closed for the vehicular movement.
This road connects many villages, including Dudu, Jakher, Kirchi, Latti etc.
Even as men and machinery were soon pressed into service for clearing the debris, sources said that the work could not be started as frequent landslides were still occurring.
