Ramzan seeks votes of KPs

SRINAGAR, Sept 29: Chowdhary Mohammad Ramzan, the National Conference (NC) candidate for the Handwara Assembly constituency, made a heartfelt appeal to Kashmiri Pandits (KPs), seeking their votes and promising to address their longstanding concerns.
In a statement issued today, Ramzan emphasized his deep understanding of the pain of displacement endured by the KPs and the continued struggles they face. “The NC has always stood for a united Kashmir, a place where every community, including Kashmiri Pandits, has a voice and a rightful space,” Ramzan stated. He reiterated the party’s commitment to fostering unity and peaceful coexistence among all communities in the region.
Pledging to work tirelessly for the welfare of the KPs, Ramzan vowed to prioritize their concerns and work towards reclaiming the peace and prosperity of their shared homeland. He expressed his determination to help rebuild Handwara into a harmonious region. “I appeal to my KP brothers and sisters to place their trust in me, to vote and support me in this mission to bring back the glory of Handwara,” he said.
