JAMMU, Nov 12: In a stride towards fulfilling the BJP’s commitment to grassroots development, MLA, Bahu, Vikram Randhawa today inaugurated the much-anticipated construction of a community hall at Ward 47, Qasim Nagar in his constituency.
The project, already included in the Jammu Municipal Corporation’s development plan, meets a longstanding demand of the residents and aims to provide a dedicated space for community gatherings, cultural events, and social functions.
Joined by former corporator, Sharda Devi and her team, Vikram Randhawa expressed his dedication to advancing Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas”. He emphasized that the project is a testament to the BJP’s focus on inclusive, community-centered development that directly benefits people at the local level. “This Community Hall is more than just a building; it’s a space for unity, cultural expression, and social support for all sections of society,” he said.
He continued, “Today, we’re not just laying the foundation for a structure, but for a vision of progress that echoes the aspirations of our community. The long wait for this facility is over, and it stands as a symbol of our commitment to delivering on promises and fostering inclusive growth in Bahu.”
Randhawa reassured the public that this is only the beginning of his intensified development drive in Bahu constituency. He underlined that the community hall aligns with the BJP’s developmental mission to uplift every corner of Jammu and Kashmir. “Our efforts will continue to align with the aspirations of every citizen, creating infrastructure that serves their needs and enhances their quality of life,” he stated, pledging to uphold the BJP’s mission to strengthen community resources across the constituency.
The community members expressed their appreciation for the project’s timely initiation, seeing it as a step towards greater community empowerment and unity in Bahu.
