Randhawa kick starts development work

JAMMU, Mar 30: Member Legislative Council (MLC), Choudhary Vikram Randhawa, today kick-started construction work of lane and drain at Ward No-4, Mohalla Tarkhana of Narwal Panchayat in Gandhi Nagar constituency.
While kick-starting the construction work which would be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 4 lakh, Choudhary Vikram said it was the long pending demand of the local residents.
He said that during the rule of the previous regimes the people of the area were ignored for the reasons best known to those who had remained at the helm of affairs. He said that Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) is committed to carry out all round development of all the areas irrespective of caste, colour and creed.
He said that the slogan of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’ would be taken to the doorsteps of the people and the areas which are underdeveloped due to the political apathy of the previous regimes, will be given priority.
He said that least has been done and a lot more requires to be done in the Mohalla Tarkhana. He assured the public that they need not to go here and there as strong legislators from BJP (MLA and MLC) are with them which would bring an era of development in the area.
Others who were present on the occasion include Amit Gupta, Mohinder Sharma, Bamu Ram, Ashok Kumar, Ajay Kumar, Satish Kumar, Sachin Sharma and Yash Paul Sharma.
