JAMMU, June 3: To commemorate 8 years of Modi Government in the centre, Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vikram Randhawa started 75 hours long public outreach programme.
On the first day of the public outreach programme, Randhawa started door to door campaign and aware the people about the achievement of the Modi Government in the past 8 years in the Floura and Nagbani areas here.
Former Legislator said that eight years of Modi Government have been devoted to Seva, Garib Kalyan and Sushasan (service, good governance, welfare of poor), so we have to ensure that people are taking proper benefit of the schemes like Ayushman Bharat, Kissan Samman Nidhi Yojna, Ujwala Yojna, Ujala Yojna, Pradan Mantri Awas Yojna, Pradan Mantri Gareeb Kalyan Ann Yojna, Mudra Yojna, Pradhan Mantri Fassal Bhima Yojna, etc.
“Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of great Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working on the theme of ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikaas’ and is committed for the overall development of the areas of Jammu”, Randhawa said, adding that no ward will be deprived of basic amenities and development of every citizen is our main motto. He said that many projects are in pipeline for Jammu which will change the face of the city.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also working to mitigate problems of the people and give them respite from miseries which they are facing in the last over seventy years”, he said, adding that central dispensation has provided surplus funds for the development works across the Union Territory and that is the reason behind irresistible development trail going on in Jammu and Kashmir.
During the door to door campaign, Former Legislator, who is also Coordinator of “Sewa, Sushashan aur Garib Kalyan Pakhwada” Jammu Rural asked the party cadre to aware the people about the achievements of the Modi Government in the past 8 years.
Randhawa was accompanied by Rajinder Chib District President, Advocate Abhinav Sharma, Sarpanch Vandana Devi, Kishan Lal and Mohinder Kumar, Panchs, Neeraj, Anil Kumar, Ricky and many others.
