JAMMU, Aug 17: Former Minister and State president of Nationalist Congress Party, Thakur Randhir Singh, today strongly condemned the killings of innocent civilians on LoC due to shelling by Pakistan Army in Poonch and Rajouri.
Mr Singh demanded immediate relief to the effected families and adequate measures for safety of people living in border areas, He also urged the Minister of Defence to recruit more border area youth in Army by giving relaxation in the height for Dogra recruits in Dogra Battalions.
The NCP leader also cricized Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Ministers for mishandling border situation and only making statements from New Delhi.
