JAMMU, Aug 30: Trikuta Degree College, Nardani-Raipur (Jammu) today organized a Rangoli competition in its college premises.
As many as 10 students of the college participated in the competition. They drew beautiful and colourful rangolis depicting the spirit of oneness and to value the faith in one another’s religion.
The purpose of the event was to adopt a culture of healthy practices in the institution. The students of all communities participated in the event.
Rohit Singh Jamwal, student of BA Part-I, Diksha Sharma of BSc Part-I and Naina Sharma of BA Part-I stood 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. They were honoured by Roop Lal Sharma, chairman, Sain Charitable Trust in the presence of principal, PK Koul, staff members and students.
