UDHAMPUR, Aug 28: Police has arrested a rape accused, who allegedly kidnapped a minor girl and sexually assaulted her for four days.
The arrested accused was identified as Mohd Saleem, son of Mohd Farooq of Balota Chigla, tehsil Ramnagar. He allegedly kidnapped a 16-year old girl of the same village and allegedly raped her for four days.
The accused was arrested after a written complaint by mother of the victim was lodged at Police Station Basantgarh. In this regard, a case FIR Number .14/19, under Section 363, 376, 109 RPC and section 4 POCSO Act has been registered at Police Station Basantgarh.
