Ration dealers’ protest enters 21st day

KISHTWAR, Nov 7: Protest continued by Ration Dealers Association of Kishtwar and it entered 21st day today in front of Food Supply Store.
In the tussle between the Ration dealers and CAPD Department over the issue of non carriage payments the locals people are suffering a lot due in this hilly belt.
Ghulam Mohammad Sarori MLA Inderwal and vice president PCC joined the protest and demand personal intervention of CAPD Minister so that the matter of the ration dealers may be solved.
Others who were with Saroori included Randeep Bhandari and other Congress workers.
Meanwhile, senior Congress leader and member civil society Kishtwar Shamsher Singh Bhandari has also urged the Government to release carriage charges to the ration dealers which have been kept with held since October 2014. He said the people are facing many hardships due to ration dealers strike and the deadlock be resolved immediately.
