Ravinder elected chairman of Janipur Gurudwara

JAMMU, Apr 20: Ravinder Singh has been elected as chairman of Janipur Gurudwara.
Ravinder Singh was elected as chairman of the Gurudwara by members of Managing Committee and sangat of Gurudwara Guru Teg Bhadur Sahib Ji unanimously in a meeting which was held here today.
The post of the chairman was lying vacant since long time after the death of former chairman Surinder Singh Saini, said an office bearer of the Committee.
Ravinder Singh expressed gratitude to members of the Managing Committee and Sikh sangat for electing unopposed and assured that he will try his level best to ensure smooth functioning of the routine affairs of the Gurudwara Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji.
Punjab Singh vice president, Waryam Singh secretary, Swran Singh cashier, Sarbjeet Singh member and Gurnam Singh were also present during the election.
