JAMMU, Jan 15: A financial literacy awareness camp was organizd by Reserve Bank of India, Jammu at Village Nud, district Samba in which about 180 participants of the village attended the programme.
LDO, RBI Ram Kumar apprised the participants about the core functions of Reserve Bank of India and the utility of money in the life of a common man and various social schemes provided by the Government of India.
Surinder Singh, DDM NABARD apprised the participants about the schemes of Agriculture and Rural Development. S.L.Sharma, Financial Literacy Council and Rajesh Sharma, Director RSETI Samba also spoke on various schemes and facilities being provided by the banks.
