RBM, SNP to hold ‘dharna’ at Jantar Mantar on Nov 26

JAMMU, Oct 13: Rashtriya Buddhist Mahasabha (RBM) and Samajik Nyaye Parishad (SNP) will jointly organize a one-day sit-in protest and demonstration at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on November 26 under the leadership of founder president of RBM and former MLA Dharm Prakash.
This was stated today in a press conference organized jointly by RBM State president Tulsi Das Langeh and SNP State president Raj Kumar Chanotra. Langeh and Chanotra further disclosed that the objective of the ‘dharna’ and demonstration is to highlight their main demands viz removal of ‘Sangol Rajdand’ from new building of Parliament House, framing personal law of Buddhists and ending Uniform Civil Code.
Both the leaders said that they will also projected other demands like nationalization of education system, conducting caste based census in entire country and booking Chairman of Economic Advisory Council Vivek Devrai in treason case after dismissing him from the service. “On the occasion, a memorandum of demands will be submitted to President of India,” they added.
