JAMMU, Jan 21: Public Works (R&B) Department has initiated Regular Departmental Action (RDA) against Er Satish Bhagat, then Executive Engineer PMGSY Division Poonch.
According to an order in this regard, Er Nissar Ahmad Pandit, I/c Superintending Engineer, R&B Circle Rajouri-Poonch has been appointed as Inquiry Officer and Er Mehmood Ahmad, I/c executive Engineer, PMGSY, Division Poonch as the Presiding Officer to inquire into the allegations leveled against Er Satish Bhagat.
The Inquiry Officer shall submit his report/findings to the Administrative Department along with recommendation within 30 days from January 17. The No Demand Certificate (NDC) of the department at the time of the retirement, shall be withheld in case the Inquiry Officer fails to submit the report within stipulated time.
