During the course of the inspection, Naib Tehsildar Tikri Vinod Badyal produced all the requisite revenue records for inspection purposes before Sharma and his team and few spot instructions for improving the quality of records were issued.
Overall, the ‘jamabandies’ written by Patwaries of Tikri Niabat were found in a better shape this time and were appreciated as a good follow-up action after last inspection held in October 2017. However, Mr Sharma advised Naib Tehsildar Tikri to gear-up the pace of writing the ‘jamabandies’ and the mutations.
Sharma also pointed out that no Patwari should leave concerned Patwar House without Naib Tehsildar assigning her/his charge to some adjoining Halka Patwari so that public inconvenience is minimized as people form far-flung areas travel for getting copies of their concerned revenue records. Few more advisories were issued for regular updating of all revenue records as that no disputes arise due to it.
All the officials noted instructions of the officer and assured to follow them in letter and spirit.
