POONCH, Dec 5: The Election Commission of India has ordered re-poll at polling Station No. 34-Chungan-B of 86-Assembly constituency Mendhar. The Commission has fixed December 7 for conducting fresh poll at the said polling station between 8 am to 4 pm.
The Commission under Section 68 (1) (b) of the Jammu & Kashmir Representation of the Peoples Act, 1957, has declared the poll taken on December 2 at the polling station 34-Chungan-B of 86-Assembly Constituency Mendhar, as void.
