Reach every individual for party’s victory: Balwan to workers

JAMMU, Nov 21: Senior Congress leader and party candidate from Marh constituency, Balwan Singh, today held a party workers meeting at his residence and directed them to reach every individual for party’s victory in upcoming Legislative Assembly elections.
A large number of party workers and delegates attended the meeting and highlighted several issues and points.
While addressing the workers, Balwan asked them to go door to door and highlight achievements of the party, which is secular in nature, worked for independence and helps people of weaker section including SC, ST, OBC, BPL, handicapped and ALC categories besides believing in development in all regions of the State.
He said National Conference and PDP are Kashmir based parties and have always discriminated with Jammu region whenever they were in power while BJP cheated the people of the State in year 2008, when 7 out of its 11 MLAs allegedly gave buyed support to NC.
Meanwhile, Balwan deployed about 50 party workers for doing door to door campaign of the party.
The party workers and delegates who were present in the meeting included Lala Devi Dass, Ashwani Sharma, Block president Marh, Gulzar Singh, Sarpanch Makwal, Kartar Chand, Naib Sarpanch, Devinder Singh Raju, ex- Sarpanch and many others.
