JAMMU, Aug 3: To make people aware of Diabetes, Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Region Jammu organized a free diabetic awareness camp at Canal Road Walk Way under the supervision of its Secretary, RC Puri.
More than 100 people from all walks of life i.e senior citizens and young ones got their sugar fasting tests and were made aware about the life style and dietary habits that contribute to the disease.
The camp was organized from 6 am keeping in view that large number of walkers throng the path in the early hours which is the ideal time for Sugar testing.
