REASI, July 6: District Red Cross Society Reasi today helped a destitute by donating rupees twenty thousand from their fund.
The beneficiary, Thakuri Devi, wife of Parkash Chand is a resident of Bandhar, tehsil Thakrakote, district Reasi, is suffering from a serious disease in her jaw.
The cheque was handed over to the kin of Thakuri Devi by ACR and Secretary, DRCS, Vivek Puri. Employees of the district headquarters also contributed additional amount for the poor soul.
