NEW DELHI, Mar 28: Refined soya oil prices were up by 0.45 per cent to Rs 787.80 per 10 kg in futures market today as speculators created fresh positions.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in May went up by Rs 3.55, or 0.45 per cent to Rs 787.80 per 10 kg with an open interest of 30,550 lots.
Similarly, the oil for delivery in April was trading higher by Rs 2.25, or 0.29 per cent to Rs 778.35 per 10 kg in 61,810 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions built up by traders against restricted arrivals from growing regions, mainly led to rise in refined soya oil prices at futures trade. (PTI)
