The website contains the vital information pertaining to settlement operations and working of the Revenue Department pertaining to Records and Survey. Besides, carrying SRO’s, orders and circulars, it displays the details of the Revenue villages, Sub-Divisions, Tehsils coming under the jurisdiction of Regional Directorate along with telephone numbers of the officers/officials.
It is pertinent to mention that the Regional Directorate has been created in the year 2013 for the convenience of public of Udhampur and Reasi District, but still people feel great inconvenience in absence of important information and have to track to find out the information from the offices of Girdawars, Patwaries etc.
