Regularise contractual teachers

Sir,
In extreme conditions, when running of an institution becomes difficult due to shortage of teachers, contractualism takes place and teachers are engaged to run the show. These teachers are engaged after fulfilment of requisite qualifications and norms required of permanent/ReT teachers.
The procedure for permanent recruitment being lengthy, cumbersome and liable to quashment due to irregularities, as has been seen in the past, regularisation of all  contractual teachers as ReTs, on the vacant posts, where they stand engaged, is highly justified. This done, the schooling in many schools will remain un-interrupted and the sword of discontinuation/disengagement hanging over their heads will be replaced  with a guarantee for livelihood and corruption free. Since the system is transparent by being at village level, regularisation of all contractual teachers as ReTs, would meet the scale of justice.
Yours etc…
