Regularise contractual teachers

Sir,
Engagement of contractual teachers to meet service exigencies, is indeed a healthy sign of good governance.
It isn’t unknown to any one that three engagements are done after fulfilling all the norms required for permanent teachers. In order to keep the services of these teachers continued un-interruptedly, their regularisation on the pattern of ReTs is absolutely justified.
This done, atleast the sword of uncertainty of their career, would be removed. Moreover, these teachers belong to the areas concerned where the posts are held, and therefore, the services required of them, can be better utilized  than those of the distant areas. It  is strongly hoped that under the changed political scenario, already distressed and economically thin masses, would  be looked after with all human sympathies.
