Regularization policy

Sir,
This has reference to the letter “Academic Arrangement) DE, July 7, 2018. In this context I highly appreciate the initiative taken by the Government to bring Academic Arrangement under regularization policy.
But as surprisingly mentioned in the letter regarding the eligibility criteria for selection of teaching faculty on academic arrangement basis in Govt. Degree Colleges of the state, Mr. Sharma has either little information regarding the process or he has deliberately concealed the facts to justify his opinion.
It is worth mentioning here that candidates appointed on academic arrangement basis are purely on merit basis at state level after having acquired basic qualification i.e NET /SLET and Ph.D in the relevant subject and other post doctoral research and teaching experience at the time of engagement, they are contributing in the field of higher education with appreciable efforts and having vast teaching experience of one and a half decades.
Finally I would like to mention here that it is a welcome step by the authorities which will be fruitful for student community, unemployed youth and in the interest of civil society as well, as this policy has already been adopted by Health and Medical Education Deptt. and various other Engineering Departments.
