Sir,
We the state pensioners are waiting since long for the release of 17 percent DA from the State Government. Now, one year has gone and the Govt has not released the 17 percent DA to Pensioners with the result the state pensioners are suffering during these hard days. Now, there is no model code of conduct in force and Govt can release the DA without waiting the formation of new Govt.
The Chief Secretary of JK State is requested to direct the Finance Deptt to release the DA installment without any delay.
