JAMMU, Aug 14: Former two time MLC and senior NC leader Bushan Lal Bhat today demanded that the list of selected candidates to be appointed under PM’s employment package for migrant youth which were held a long back be released at an earliest.
Mr Bhat in a statement today said that these youth are in great desperation as after leaving their private jobs they are eagerly looking for their selection in Government services to serve their State in Valley.
He said the interviews of accounts assistants in Finance Department were held long back and file for approval is lying on the table of concerned Minister over a month but the same is not being disposed for unknown reasons with the result these candidates are in great distress.
He also demanded facilities be provided to migrants putting up in various camps and their problems be solved. Bhat also demanded launching of a special recruitment drive for migrant youth in police and para military forces besides giving due share to them in Central Government departments.
