Subject: – Relief and Rehabilitation (R&R) Plan in-respect of Rattle HEPP- Final Verification of PAF’s thereof.
PUBLIC NOTICE : Whereas, Ratle Hydro Power Project is under construction in Tehsil Drabshalla District Kishtwar; and Whereas, for the welfare of general public and project affected families certain policies have been framed by the government from time to time and Relief and Rehabilitation (R&R) Plan is also a part of these policies; and
Whereas, the Relief and Rehabilitation (R&R) Plan in-respect of Ratle HEPP is under process for which there is need to finalize list of PAF’s (Displaced and Non Displaced) with cut off date of 2012.
Where, the verification of list of PAF’s (Displaced and Non Displaced) has been conducted and PAF’s (Displaced and Non Displaced) as per the list enclosed as Annexure “A” with notice have been verified on the basis of cut off date of 2012………
