We the residents of Jammu wonder as to when shall the digging of roads, lanes and chowks stop. We have been seeing it for more than four years in the name of laying of sewers. Those lanes and roads which have been dug up long before have been left un-repaired causing hardships to the people. Now we see rainbow coloured cables being laid and roads dug out some of which with great difficulty were got repaired only few weeks back It is again interesting to note that the Jammu Municipal Corporation is looking helpless to control this mismanagement of things as most of Jammu roads and lanes were dug out for sewer laying and these cables presumably for telecommunications purposes also could have been then laid out before the black topping of these roads. Whatever the case , the public is made top suffer which is not acceptable at all.
