Relief holders’ delegation meets Soz

JAMMU, July 14: A delegation of Kashmiri migrant relief holders and over aged youth led by Ravinder Kaul here today called on PCC chief and MP, Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz and demanded the enhancement of cash relief.
The delegation also demanded that the relief holders’ wards be given relaxation in the enhanced fee in KVs as they are not in a position to pay the same.
They said that the State Government had already recommended enhancement of cash relief to Rs 10,000 per migrant family per month.
Prof Soz assured the delegation that he will take up both the issues with Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh in Union Capital.
The other members of the delegation included Anil Matoo, Kundan Ji, Inder Bali, Sunil, Sanjay and Kuldeep Ji.
