JAMMU, Apr 11: An impressive religious function was organized on the auspicious birth anniversary of Shri Monglishwar Bhairav Ji at Geeta Bhawan Muthi near here, today.
Special Puja rituals were performed under the guidance of elderly religious scholar Amar Nath Raina.
Sunil Bhat – a socio- political activist and general secretary SMAPC implored upon the community youth to identify themselves profoundly with the unique aspects of our ethnicity and cherish it. He appealed to the authorities to speedily process the proposal put forth by Shri Monglishwar Asthapan Prabandhak Committee (SMAPC) for up keeping and renovation of the original Asthapan site at Sirnoo Monghama in Kashmir Valley.
Mahant Radesh Dass Ji of Sri Govind Gaudiya Math Jammu was eloquent enough for his remarkable sermons from Holy Bhagwad Gita.
Rakesh Koul – an activist related to the propagation and teaching of Sharda language addressed the gathering virtually and asked the youth to learn the language and relive our roots.
Pawan Bhat mesmerized the audience with his classical devotional Kashmiri Bhajans.
Baskar Nath Bhat president and Rajender Pandita of Anand Swami Gareeb Ashram also spoke on the occasion and advised the devotees to work for the propagation of Sanatan Dharma.
Prasad was distributed at the culmination of the function.
The function was organized by SMAPC.
