JAMMU, Aug 6: Shiv Sena J&K president, Ashwani Gupta here today asked his party leaders to remain ready for the elections which they will contest with full enthusiasm.
He was addressing the youths who joined Shiv Sena in a programme organised at Bohri wherein many social and political activists joined Shiv Sena.
Welcoming the new entrants into the party, Gupta urged them to work for betterment of the society and take the teachings of Bala Saheb Thackeray to every individual.
Apart from the joining programme, responsibilities were given to some leaders for smooth functioning of the party.
Youth president, Ajay Dhar asked the party cadre to reach every nook and corner of J&K and bring issues of the public to the notice of administration so that same can be resolved.
Rakesh Kak, State general secretary; Sanjay Bhat, State secretary and Prabhari Kashmir; Lokesh Pandita, Youth vice president; Manmohan Singh, Youth general secretary and Rakesh Bhat, media incharge were also present on the occasion.
