Sir,
The pensioners of our State have been discriminated with the pensioners of Central Government The pay scales recommended by 7th pay commission were implemented by the State Govt. for its employees and pensioners , but one anomaly existed in respect of the qualifying service that was not applied to the State pensioners. The Central Government reduced the qualifying service from 33 years to 28 years, but the State Govt. continued it to 33 years. This decision is harsh to the pensioners of the State Government.
The present dispensation in the Governor rule is quite sensitive to rule of law and its implementation that encourages to the suffering/discriminated entities, groups and communities to project their demands for consideration of the Governor.
With this hope the above mentioned discrimination is brought to the notice of the Governor of our State.
