Remove anomalies in pay grades of clerks: GEWJAC

JAMMU, Oct 22:  J&K Govt Employees & Workers Association (GEWJAC) has urged upon the Govt to remove anomalies in the grades of clerical cadre employees and implement 7th Pay Commission report without any more delay.
In a meeting of the Association held here today under the chairmanship of Babu Hussain, several speakers including Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Ashok Singh, Yash Paul Sharma, Jaswant Singh and Parshotam Sharma expressed serious concern over the attitude of the State Government. They strongly demanded that pay anomalies in the grades of clerical cadre be removed,  medical allowance of the employees and pensioners be enhanced from Rs 300 to Rs 2000 per month and 7th Pay Commission report be implemented besides framing policy for the regularization of  daily wage workers.
