Remove encroachments from community land: CBS to Govt

SAMBA, Apr 17: Charak Biradari Sabha (CBS) today demanded issuance of an immediately order to stop the work at Mandir land including removing of encroachment on the community land.
At a press conference at Kartholi near here, Parshotam Singh, Ashok Singh and others said if Department will not remove the encroachment they will lodge FIR in Crime Branch against the encroachers.
Earlier the Charak Biradri Sabha held a meeting which was chaired by Parshotam Singh convenor who was nominated by the representatives of over 36 villages and asked to take up the cause of the community.
It was also decided to hold a general meeting on May 14 this year and after consulting to all Biradari members election date will be announced .
Those who attended the today’s meeting included Parshotam Singh, Ashok Singh, Dr G S Charak, Gopal Singh, Narain Singh, Yog Raj Singh, Krishan Singh, Sukhdev Singh, Darbar Singh, Balwant Singh, Balwan Singh,Tarsem Singh, Angrej Singh, Balkar Singh, Vikram Singh, Karnail Singh, Rajinder Singh, Arzun Singh, Susheel Singh, Fateh Singh, Budhi Singh, Ajmer Singh, and Pawan Singh.
